Rosalind Miller Cakes specialises in bespoke wedding cakes, celebration cakes, and cupcakes that are both contemporary andtimeless. Having won The Wedding Industry Awards National and London ‘Best Wedding Cake Designer of The Year’ in 2012 and 2013, Rosalind is recognised as one of London’s top cake designers.
She taught as a lecturer in Graphic Design at Central Saint Martins School of Art and Design for many years before moving into the world of baking, and her background as an artist and designer has played a key role in her approach to cake design.
Rosalind Miller Cakes now supplies wedding cakes and cupcakes to Harrods. As well as designing cakes, Rosalind also teaches masterclasses in cake design and baking from her purpose-built studio in London, and her first book, ‘Wedding Cakes’ by Rosalind Miller, a guide to beautiful cake design, has recently been published.
Rosalind Miller cakes have graced the pages of many leading publications and blogs, including My Wedding Day, The independent, The Sunday Telegraph, The Sunday Times Style magazine, Condé Nast Brides (UK and US), Perfect Wedding, Elle Japan, Style Me Pretty, Hitched, Grace Ormonde Wedding Style, and Preston Bailey’s Wedding Blog. Her cakes also have been featured on Wedding TV.
I’m the founder of ParadigmataMedia.nl, FreelanceJournalism.eu, ExecutiveBusiness.nl and publisher of AmsterdamToday.eu and obsessed with innovation in media. My professional life is dominated by two activities: trying to understand things and to put things in motion. The first has lead to various columns and articles. The second has put on the path of entrepreneurship. I have always worked at the intersection of journalism, media and technology. I founded Freelance Journalism with the Mission to be the No 1 source media positions trusted by candidates & recruiters. There is nothing greater than finding opportunities for smart mediaprofessionals and it’s a fantastic process that i feel lucky to participate in. My goal is for Amsterdam Today to be the place where business owners turn to get inspired, to compare notes, to ask questions, and to learn from one another’s mistakes. We pride ourselves on adhering to the highest journalistic standards. All editorial decisions are made independently by our newsroom team of editors and reporters.
