The first Butlers in the sky

Etihad Airways won three awards for its First Class products and services at the Skytrax World Airline Awards in Hamburg, including the award for ‘World’s Best First Class’. The Awards are based on the results of the latest Skytrax survey of 200 airlines across the world, including a poll of almost 18 million global air travellers from over 100 countries.

To celebrate the maiden flight of their first Airbus A380, they profile some of the key crew roles within their fleet. The Butler – trained at the exclusive Savoy Hotel in London, they introduce one of the first Etihad Butlers in the sky.
