Multipod Studio have patented a unique approach to passive construction that delivers outsanding thermal insulation at an affordable cost. No special tools required, the house is assembled using lightweight and recyclable materials for quick installation. The materials used are inexpensive so the cost remains unbeatable and the thermal envelope created means no additional heating is necessary. The first prototype of this new type of passive house, has bloomed in the pine valleys of the South of France.

The cost of your PopUp House
PopUp House is not a homebuilder. We sell our building system comprising assembly instructions and frame materials to the professional who will build your PopUp House.
The materials constituting the frame cost between 300€ and 360€ per square meter of floor area. We also provide a detailed study of your project to validate its structure. It is charged 1500€.
The expert who will conceive and build your PopUp House will provide you an accurate quotation. For a turnkey house, the price is generally included between 1300€ and 2000€ per square meter of floor area. The foundations, heating and cooling system, carpentry, and finishes panels impact the total cost.
You can also choose to complete your house by yourself. The cost of an airtight and watertight PopUp House, without any finishes, lies generally between 700€ and 900€ per square meter.
