8. If you do nothing about sports, start with a sport you like. It is good for your body and health too.
9. Eat a lot of vegetables and fruit! Plan more time for shopping to look for fresh and healthy food.
10. Eat breakfast like a King, lunch like a Prince and dinner like a beggar. It takes you maybe struggling to get into the rhythm, but when I you eat like this, you will see fast results. And the great thing is that you will be looking forward to breakfast already in the evening. You will start the day with a good feeling!
11. Make sure your house is spotless! That’s a good work out!
12. Replace your dessert by an apple. Yet deliciously sweet and a good end to your meal.
